It's a sand sculpture called "Jose and the dragon". It was at the Canadian National Exhibition last time we were over in Toronto. It'based on Jose Bautista's bat flip after he scored a home run against the Texas Rangers in the play offs. You can just make out the Blue Jay logo on his chest and the dragon's claw on the other side of the tower. There was some amazing stuff there.
